I started my career as an educator over 25 years ago. I work as a mental health professional and a professional school counselor. I am a strong believer in self-care, mental health, nutrition, and wellness as instrumental in our quality of life. I advocate for healthy living using research based holistic approach for physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. In addition to being a professional school counselor and licensed professional counselor, my qualifications include certifications in EMDR and other critical mental health crisis and trauma care.
